Škoda 1202 pickup with a canvas roof. If the roof has pressed grooves, it’s an amateur conversion from a regular STW version.

Ladislav Douša: I noticed that some of the earliest Škoda 1202 cars (probably the 1961 verification series) had a left-side opening window. The 1961–1962 models also had more decorative rear side window seals.

Until March 31, 1964, there was a pressing on the rear door for the chrome license plate light. (info Mr. Tomek)
From April 1, 1964, the embossing disappeared because the license plate light was moved under the bumper.
