Goods ordered in our online store can be delivered in several ways. We hope this will meet the needs of most customers.
- Delivery to the specified address by our own transport
- Delivery to the specified address by Czech Post or Balíkovna
- Personal pickup at our branches

Important Information
- The shipping price is valid for deliveries within the Czech Republic.
- The shipping price outside the Czech Republic will be calculated individually.
- The shipping price also includes the packaging fee.

Payment Methods
You can pay for your goods in several ways. You will choose the payment method when completing your order at checkout.
- Cash on delivery - You pay for the goods when receiving them from the delivery company. The disadvantage of cash on delivery is that the postage is CZK 35 more expensive.
- Credit card - You pay quickly and easily by credit card. Card payments are processed by the GoPay payment gateway.
- Bank transfer - You pay for the goods by transfer to our account. Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order. The goods will be dispatched once the payment has been credited to our account.
- Upon pickup - You pay in cash or by credit card at our branch.
- Invoice - You pay for the goods by bank transfer based on the issued invoice.
