Prototypes – a selection of photographs and information about the development prototypes of Škoda Octavia cars. These images capture various stages of experimentation, test body designs, alternative engineering solutions, and details that later influenced the final production models. A valuable glimpse behind the scenes of the development of one of the most iconic vehicles from the Mladá Boleslav factory.
Prototype 985 (1957) – probably the successor to the Spartak, later known as Octavia. Chrome-plastic trim on the front hood.
Two-tone design.
