Through Prague by Erták (bus)

It was the first of May – the day of love – and on that day, May 1st, 2004, we organized a beautiful sunny ride through Prague with friends and children in the historic bus ŠKODA 706 RTO Lux (in cooperation with Jan Kukla company). Join us for a virtual ride through the city…

In the end, the bus was almost full of us.

First, we calmly inspected the vehicle thoroughly.

Independent hot-air heating.

Workshop manager gives the start signal.

Leaving Prague 4 – Budějovické Square.

Driving along the Vltava embankment past Vyšehrad directly to Wenceslas Square, where we have a longer stop.

We continue around the typical symbol of Prague – St. Wenceslas.

National Museum in the background.

Down the “Wenceslas Square”.

All the way down to the Golden Cross (Můstek).

And back up to the middle part of Wenceslas Square.

Jindřišská Tower.

At “U Bulhara”, with Wilson (Main) Station in the background.

Along the highway to Vltava.

Through Těšnov tunnel.

Smetanovo Embankment with a view of Prague Castle.

National Theatre.

Isn’t it beautiful?

Legions Bridge.

We finish at Malá Strana – then a walk to Petřín and boat ride on the Vltava.

Enjoy Prague from a different perspective…
