Transfusion and Hematology Bus is a true rarity, reportedly used by the Czechoslovak Army and occasionally for civilian purposes. It was designed for blood collection and likely other medical activities related to hematology. According to available information, only a few units were produced. This particular example has survived with low mileage and remains in excellent condition.
